Interim Privacy Notice

This interim notice applies during our controlled launch. Our full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service await professional review. This notice is not presented as legally approved.

Who we are

Anya Privé runs Anya Privé Atelier at atelier.anya-prive.com. This notice explains how we use personal information provided through the Atelier website.

What we collect

  • Contact details you provide, including your name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, country and city.
  • Account information. Authentication credentials are handled securely by the platform’s authentication provider through Lovable Cloud; Anya Privé staff cannot view customer passwords. If you choose Google sign-in, Google handles that sign-in and provides the account information needed to authenticate you.
  • Garment choices, event dates and locations, fit notes, special requests, measurements, and inspiration or fit images you upload.
  • Appointment requests, dates, times and related notes.
  • Payment records, including amounts, currency, method and any payment proof you submit. This website does not collect or store card numbers in its own forms or records.
  • Technical information associated with operating the website, such as network addresses, requests and error information. Account sessions and unfinished form details may also be stored in your browser.

How we use it

We use your information to review requests; contact you about availability, pricing and next steps; design, make, fit and deliver garments; manage appointments; record payments; keep business records; and operate and protect the website.

We do not sell your personal information or automatically subscribe you to marketing. Any future marketing choice will be separate and optional.

Atelier and assigned producer access

Atelier staff access information according to their role.

Assigned producers receive a project reference and the information needed for their work. Their account view excludes your name and contact details. Our team reviews materials before sharing them; reference photographs and other necessary production materials may nevertheless identify you.

The site does not automatically redact the contents of shared files. Please avoid adding unnecessary personal information to uploads.

Invitations and approvals

When we invite you to access Atelier, we record the invited email address, the invitation’s status and relevant timestamps to verify and manage access.

When you respond to a design or development-stage approval request, or indicate that you would like to proceed with a quotation, we record the version presented, your response, your account, the date and time, and any comments. A request to proceed with a quotation is not formal acceptance of an order and does not itself make payment due.

External services

  • Lovable and Lovable Cloud provide website hosting, authentication, account emails, database and private file storage. These services process the information needed to operate the Atelier platform.
  • Google processes account information if you choose Google sign-in. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information such as your network address.
  • If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own terms. Completing an Atelier form does not automatically send your submission to WhatsApp.
  • Where staff provide PayPal instructions or an external hosted payment link, the payment service you choose processes information you provide there under its own privacy notice. Bank transfers are processed by the banks involved. WiPay is not enabled for this controlled launch, and sending a Made For You request does not initiate payment.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

Your choices and privacy requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask how Anya Privé handles your data, email info@anyaayoungchee.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some records, such as payment records, may need to be retained for business or legal reasons; we will explain any applicable limits.
